[SUG] limited size for affiliates

i think we should limit the size of the affiliates. since they are not in thesame size. some are big and some are small. it might be a problem to arrange those lil' icons.
so i hope that the affiliates can be in a limited and same size so that it is more easy to look for it and to arrange it.
