[SUG] A new sections for sharing graphics design

i suggest to open a new section for graphics designs
everyone can share their works like wallies, fanart, avatars, siggles...
others can use their works with credit right?
it's a place to have others' comments on your own works.
and the chance to improve yourself too.
just a suggestion ^^
